Data Entry Specialist

Adecco is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our client in London, ON. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension, offering a salary of $20 per hour. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay rate: $20/hour.

• Location: London, ON

• Shifts: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

• Job type: 1-year contract with possibility to be extended | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and sorting documents and data sheets for entry

• Prioritizing data entries while managing sequencing and scheduling

• Entering customer orders into the appropriate database software

• Verifying the accuracy of data and making necessary corrections

• Following established data entry techniques and procedures

• Coordinating with supervisors to resolve incomplete information

• Conducting data filing as required

• Providing reception backup when necessary

• Checking completed work for accuracy and addressing issues immediately

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Efficient and precise data entry skills

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

• Experience with an MRP system is a plus

• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

• Must pass a security screening process
