Position: Sales Assurance Analyst
Salary: $41,600 ($20.00 p/h)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

The Senior Sales Assurance Analyst ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of sales operations while proactively managing order fallout to minimize customer impact and operational disruptions. This role combines advanced analytical expertise, technical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales processes, resolve complex issues, and optimize system functionalities.

In addition to supporting compliance and process improvement, the Senior Analyst drives critical initiatives to address order fallout and improve operational performance, contributing directly to organizational success and customer satisfaction.
 

Education and/or Experience:

Associate degree in related field preferred.
At least one year of experience in a customer service position.

• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and technology updates.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to strive in a fast-paced, structured, multifaceted, and high-transaction environment, with the ability to provide excellent internal customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
• Work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate what may be required.
• May be required to wear a uniform or company apparel as designated by management.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
