Production Mechanic

It carries out installation, repair and maintenance tasks of machinery and production equipment. Performs tasks according to the plans, schematic drawings, operation manuals and specifications of the manufacturer. Performs lubrication work and cleaning of production equipment.
Reacts to quality and/or efficiency issues by following the scaling process
Reports the time that the equipment is not operating due to mechanical defects, documents in the SIC, following the Good Documentation Practices.
Collects information from the tests performed during the installation and validation processes of new equipment.
Following the adjustment manuals, check and perform repairs as required.
Submits requisition for tools’ replacement to the Head Mechanic.
Complies with health and safety rules.
Follows all TPMP regulations to ensure compliance with FDA guidance protocols.
It keeps work areas clean and organized – including following the principles of 6S.
Complies with each of the requirements of the Company's Environmental Policy and Commitment and thus promotes the preservation of the environment and natural resources.
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
