Demand Planner

The Demand planner will contribute to generating demand plans, understand demand drivers, for proactive collaboration across Sales Forecasting, Brand Marketing, trade marketing Supply Planning and Finance. The goal of the Demand Planner position is to continuously improve service level while simultaneously reducing finished goods inventory through accurate forecasting. Key to this role will be anticipating and understanding the needs of different stakeholders across the company relative to forecasting, turning assumptions into actionable plans and providing insight into demand drivers to leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Operations Planning, Engineering or related fields
1-3 years’ experience with fast moving consumer goods or equivalent
1-3 years’ experience in Demand Planning or forecasting role
Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Understanding of statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods
Experience with SAP APO & ECC or similar applications
Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
Ability to Multi-Task/Good co-ordination and facilitation skills
Ability to problem solve and set priorities
Ability to work effectively with others
Fully bilingual (Spanish & English)
Ability to identify and define issues, lead root cause analysis, and develop and manage corrective action plans

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
