Assistant Stateroom Steward/ess

Now Hiring: Assistant Stateroom Steward/ess for an International Cruise – $50,000 Annual Salary!

As part of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing guests with professional and personalized housekeeping service at all times aboard, following the company standards on the cruise.

Job Details: • Work alongside the Stateroom Steward/ess in assigned areas (bathrooms, balconies, corridors), reporting maintenance needs. • Clean the areas according to health policies. • Keep lockers stocked. • Handle guest complaints and provide additional services like laundry and shoeshine. • Follow health, safety, and security procedures. • Participate in luggage activities and training. • Maintain high standards of image and uniform. • Be flexible, able to work under pressure with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience as an Assistant Stateroom Steward/ess in a 5-star hotel environment (shipboard experience is a plus).

• Knowledge of public health policies and ability to use cleaning chemicals and tools.

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and impeccable hygiene.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Work Schedule: 10 weeks onboard / 3 weeks off (subject to operational needs).
Salary: $40,000 per year
