Query Specialist with English and Dutch

Our client is seeking a Query Resolution Analyst to join their team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries related to invoices, payments, credit notes, and account balances.

You will ensure timely and accurate issue resolution, support cash collection efforts, and contribute to a positive customer experience

Key Responsabilities:
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, credit notes, and disputes.
- Investigate issues and collaborate with internal teams such as Billing, Collections, Logistics, and Sales.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support the collections team by identifying and removing blockers to cash.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full adherence to Internal Controls and Sarbox requirements.

Requisitos
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance organization.
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- University?level education (desirable)
