Billing Specialist with English and Dutch

Our client is looking for a Billing Specialist to become part of their team. In this role you will play a key player in the order?to?cash cycle by preparing accurate invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Specific Responsabilities:
- Generate and process customer invoices according to contract terms and company policies
- Ensure unbilled items are issued on time, meeting SLA and target requirements.
- Review billing data for accuracy.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, credit memos and customer inquiries,
- Promote portal usage and drive improved connectivity to enhance billing quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to IC & Sarbanes?Oxley (SOX) requirements and corporate ethics and financial policies.
- Support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation

Requisitos
Job requirements:
- 13 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar finance roles.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Experience with SAP or others CRM/ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast?changing environment.
