Our client - a global, sustainability-driven manufacturer of premium sport & outdoor apparel - is looking for Senior Sales Manager to be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maximizing business opportunities. This role requires deep industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong focus on delivering value to both the client and the company
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams (production, design, planning, logistics) to provide effective solutions.
- Lead customer meetings, including presentations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals.
Account Management:
- Act as the primary contact for key assigned clients.
- Gain a strong understanding of each customer’s needs, expectations, and business objectives.
- Build and nurture solid, long-term client partnerships.
- Ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule according to customer requirements.
Strategic Planning, Reporting & Market Insights::
- Create account plans that align both customer and company goals.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and budgets to support Senior Sales.
- Report regularly to management on account progress, challenges, and potential growth areas.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of garment merchandising experience, ideally in a management role.
- Solid understanding of garment production and quality standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and related software.
- Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel both domestically and internationally when needed.
