Section Production Manager

Adecco's client is a leading electronics manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality electronic products to customers. We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join.

Requirements:

• Experienced leader of assembly operations in manufacturing
• Hands-on application of Lean, 6S & structured problem solving to improve performance
• Strong MRP/ERP and Microsoft Office skills (intermediate Excel essential)
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing controls (capacity planning, inventory, BOM, drawings, ECOs & documentation)
• Skilled at coaching teams, resolving conflicts and managing performance
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability and persistence in fast-paced environments
• Effective communicator; willing to work 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and employee performance.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings covering safety, production, and customer commitments.
• Manage assembly capacity and cycle times to meet delivery plans.
• Work with the Master Scheduler and Planning to execute production orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct health and safety audits.
• Be the ERP system expert for production and inventory transactions.
• Train production staff and drive continuous improvement through LEAN, 6S, and structured problem-solving.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
