We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join sales team and oversee sales activities across the European market.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies for your designated territory
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
- Leading contract negotiations and successfully closing sales agreements
- Delivering high-quality customer service and ongoing client support
- Achieving and surpassing assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Monitoring and reporting on sales results, market dynamics, and customer insights
- Working closely with other sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive overall business performance

Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Outdoor Furniture industry
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe to meet current and potential customers
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- A customer-focused, performance-driven approach
- High levels of initiative, self-discipline, and ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
