We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join sales team and oversee sales activities across the European market.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies for your designated territory
  • Developing and sustaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
  • Leading contract negotiations and successfully closing sales agreements
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and ongoing client support
  • Achieving and surpassing assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales results, market dynamics, and customer insights
  • Working closely with other sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive overall business performance

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Outdoor Furniture industry
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe to meet current and potential customers
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
  • A customer-focused, performance-driven approach
  • High levels of initiative, self-discipline, and ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
