Sales Manager - Fabric

Manufacturing of micro-fiber yarns and fabrics.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales Activities and Target Achievement
• Lead a team of sales that will handle and maintain all existing sales channel
• Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with Production Manager & Team in overseeing the availability to ensure fabric supplies is delivered on time
• Coordinate with Production Manager & Team in handling the resolution of fabric claim
• Conduct market research and customer visit, and attending tradeshow
• Support the company in establishing strategic marketing directions and plans for the business

Candidate Profile:

• Have a minimum iploma degree in any discipline
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experiences as a Sales executive for the textile industry
• Have excellent negotiation skills, strong personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and coach team members
• Proactive with problem solving ability
• Business level English for both oral and written. Chinese speaking strongly.
