POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-oriented Chemical Sales Manager to strengthen our export sales operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic mindset and solid experience in chemical sales, combined with leadership capability to guide sales activities toward consistent target achievement. This role is critical in driving market expansion, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Define and execute sales plans aligned with revenue and business growth targets.
    • Evaluate market dynamics, competitor movements, and customer requirements to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Team Leadership
    • Drive self-performance while motivating the team to meet both individual and team sales goals.
    • Build a cooperative, target-focused working culture within the sales function.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish and sustain strong partnerships with key customers by understanding their business needs and offering suitable solutions.
    • Handle customer requests and issues efficiently to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, product innovations, and emerging technologies.
    • Deliver continuous coaching and support to improve the team’s product expertise and selling capabilities.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
    • Track sales performance indicators and prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
    • Project sales demand and work closely with internal teams to support proper inventory planning.
  • Sales Contract Negotiation
    • Lead commercial negotiations and conclude sales contracts with mutually beneficial terms.
    • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are properly reviewed and approved.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related disciplines; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Experiences
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in chemical auxiliary sales.
    • Background in Textile Specialty Chemicals is required.
    • Demonstrates career stability with consistent employment history.
  • Skills
    • Solid knowledge of chemical applications and market trends.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficient in spoken English.
    • Willingness to travel as required; valid driving license is mandatory.
