Job Summary

A well-known consumer electronics company is looking for a Sales Leader in Hanoi.

The person will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing and developing sales team and achieving business growth in the Consumer Electronics product category. The role requires strong leadership, excellent market knowledge, and proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies, action plans, and execution roadmaps to increase market share in Consumer Electronics.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and dealers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen presence in assigned regions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure effective sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting.
  • Drive excellence in sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth go-to-market activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within Consumer Electronics industry, including at least 2 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market information.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command in English.
