Out client is a leading Consumers' Electronics foreign company in Vietnam.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Electronics Field, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in the Subscription Business (Subscription Biz) or Delivery/Installation & Customer Service.
  • Proven supervisory skills within a Product Installation & Customer Care Service environment (Job scheduling, Manpower capability management).
  • In-depth understanding of Installation & Care Service Knowledge (Especially Carrier Delivery process and installation).
  • Good relationship with the Installation infrastructure (infra).
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in supporting and controlling the Service Center Network and Call Centre.
  • Must come from a technical background (e.g., Consumer Electronics, Electrical, Air- conditioning).
  • Fluent English in writing and speaking.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult and demanding customers.
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, effectively prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with current Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control KPIs related to OBS and Subscription, including the on-time installation rate, customer satisfaction index and process compliance.
  • Design and implement Care Service programs for Subscription products and OBS, including the Regular Visit Maintenance Care program.
  • Closely cooperate with Sales and Marketing departments to create and execute activities that support sales growth
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the CS NPS results for the Subscription service and propose improvement actions
  • Monitor and provide a price structure related to Service (SVC) for Subscription and OBS
  • Enhance Subscription CS profitability and minimize operational costs
  • Enhance Installation Network structure
  • Manage and co-work with delivery and installation partners for both OBS and Subscription
  • Improve delivery and installation skill
  • Handle and resolve issues related to VOC and system errors/issues.
