QUALITY MANAGER

I. INTRODUCTION

• Client: FDI
• Working location: Head office & factories, HCMC & Mekong Delta (willing for weekly business trips)
• Mon-Fri

II. DUTIES:

• Serve as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution and continuous improvement.
• Review statistical data from the production and product quality
• Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify specific problems or trends over time then to identify effective corrective actions
• Develop and monitor continuous improvement programs
• Select new materials or change the existing one to another 
• Work with procurement department to help formulate quality standards for the goods
• Arrange trials for new materials at laboratory and industrial scales to collect data for decision making
• Process and product development
• Participate in design stage of product development project
• Interact with customers to identify opportunities to improve quality and establish feedback with manufacturing
• People development
• Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes

III. REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical bachelor degree
• Knowledge in cement manufacturing (preferred)
• Familiar with process and quality control, quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
• Hardworking, dedicated with high commitment
