- Support sales executive prioritize to approaching potential customers
- Forecast sales volume
- Supervise team member to manage relationship with customers (on the way to facilitate selling activities) to maintain and expanding business opportunities with the customers
- Maintain and improve performance management system
- Support team member to develop services, new services as new customer's requirement
- Supervise and coach sales team member to market waste management solutions to customers; implementing the plan to support marketing and selling activities effectively
- Enforce sales procedure
- Review sales team's report
- Implement pricing principal
- Evaluate proposals to customers
- Accompany with cross-functions to develop waste management solutions to customers
- People development: build a performing value-based selling team
