  • Support sales executive prioritize to approaching potential customers
  • Forecast sales volume
  • Supervise team member to manage relationship with customers (on the way to facilitate selling activities) to maintain and expanding business opportunities with the customers
  • Maintain and improve performance management system
  • Support team member to develop services, new services as new customer's requirement
  • Supervise and coach sales team member to market waste management solutions to customers; implementing the plan to support marketing and selling activities effectively
  • Enforce sales procedure

  • Implement pricing principal
  • Evaluate proposals to customers
  • Accompany with cross-functions to develop waste management solutions to customers
  • People development: build a performing value-based selling team
