Project Manager (Interior Design)

We are supporting our client, an international design & build company in interior design, is looking for a Project Manager to set up their office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience managing interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, residential).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and local construction practices.
• Good command of project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel).
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from design development, budgeting, procurement, construction to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment between design intent and site execution.
• Prepare and control project schedules, cost plans, variation orders, and payment certifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead site activities including construction coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and issue resolution.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
• Manage client communication, progress reporting, risk management, and final handover including snag list and defects liability period.
