Product Quality Engineer

Our client - a top-notch European home and professional appliances manufacturing company is looking for a Product Quality Engineer to oversee their supplier's factory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in product/system testing
• Good English communication skills
• Strong understanding of HW/SW testing methodologies and debugging tools
• Familiar with test instruments, defect tracking systems, and test processes
• Automation scripting experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on overseas assignments if required

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end product quality validation from development to mass production
• Plan, execute, and report system, functional, performance, and reliability testing
• Identify, track, and drive closure of defects; ensure on-time testing deliverables
• Support test automation and continuous improvement of test tools and processes
• Coordinate testing progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support external certifications and compliance activities
