Adecco's client - A leading Europe Printing and Labelling Company is seeking for talented Operation Supervisor

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production, warehouse, logistics, or terminal operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of production planning, logistics processes, and warehouse management systems
  • Practical experience with process improvement tools such as Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Familiarity with operational IT systems, reporting tools, and data analysis
  • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and performance monitoring
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in training and team development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, able to make decisions under pressure
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or similar systems is preferred
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to safety and compliance

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Pre-Operation (Set-up & Commissioning Support)

  • Participate in structured training at an existing operation site to understand current workflows, systems, SOPs, and KPIs
  • Support operational readiness for the new site, including staff training, SOP adaptation, and system/process mapping
  • Assist in stock relocation and the setup of the Northern warehouse, while coordinating customer orders and logistics activities during transition
  • Monitor facility construction progress, utilities installation, and site handover
  • Coordinate equipment installation and commissioning in collaboration with the Project Team

Phase 2 – Operation Launch & Daily Management

  • Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and stable workflow across warehousing and operational areas
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and drive performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People metrics
  • Supervise cross-functional teams (warehouse, dispatch, maintenance, and operational support), and build a collaborative team culture
  • Implement and drive Lean practices, 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational cost
  • Oversee asset and inventory control, material traceability, documentation systems, and consumption of utilities and operational materials
  • Support people development activities including onboarding, skills matrix management, and performance follow-up
  • Monitor productivity, equipment performance, and operational reporting
  • Manage warehouse layout, space utilization, safety, and inventory accuracy; coordinate transportation and logistics activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, procurement, and administration teams
