Our manufacturing client is looking for a new hire to perform Legal responsibilities and support HR related activities for their sales office in Vietnam.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- English communication
- 5 years’ experience in Legal-HR roles.
- Good understanding of Business Law, Labor Law and company policy
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, update, and advise on Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
- Participate in handling disciplinary actions and labor disputes.
- Manage office, assets, and administrative-service contracts.
- Handle visa, Work Permit (WP), and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) applications for foreign employees.
- Arrange hotels, air tickets, and business trip logistics for employees.
- Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of application forms and personnel records.
- Draft, update, and standardize internal regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the Parent Company’s policies and guidelines.
- Ensure all internal policies and regulations are aligned with the Parent Company’s policies and compliant with Vietnamese laws.
- Review the legal compliance of internal documents, decisions, and application forms prior to issuance.
- Coordinate with the Parent Company and external legal counsel when necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
- Support HR and GA related activities for Vietnam office.
