RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Sales Director, your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives, ensuring sustainable revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the account management team, setting clear KPIs, driving pipeline discipline, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with clients, particularly within the Banking and Financial Services sector, to position the company as a trusted digital transformation partner.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and external partners to design competitive, value-driven proposals and ensure successful bid management.
  • Oversee commercial governance including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, risk management, and margin optimization.
  • Ensure successful project handover and maintain executive oversight to secure high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen competitive positioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in IT or Business Administration, or related subject.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of enterprise solutions, digital transformation, and technology-driven business models.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a successful track record in developing and closing large-scale projects, particularly within Banking, Manufacturing, or Government sectors.

Skills:

  • Understanding of AI, Cloud, MES, RPA well enough to explain and propose a solution to customers.
  • Ability to work with clients to establish close relationships and build trust.
  • ·Strong network and relationship with BFSI, Large Enterprise.
  • ·Excellent communication skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, Facilitation, influencing) include strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance.
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have (plus): Fluent in Korean
  • Previous experience working in MNC companies is highly preferred.
  • The role offers attractive salary & remuneration package of VND100-120M gross salary per month, and professional working environment.
