Adecco's Client is a FDI Manufacturing company which is expanding it's factory in Bac Ninh.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Factory Manager or equivalent in toy manufacturing (must-have)
• Strong background in plastic manufacturing
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Able to work independently and make decisions proactively
• Good command of English for reporting and communication
• Open to expatriate candidates with relevant experience and prior working experience in Vietnam

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Factory Manager will take full responsibility for factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, cost control, and people management. This role reports directly to the General Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics
• Lead and develop a large manufacturing workforce (400–600 employees)
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, safety, and quality performance
• Implement and improve manufacturing processes and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations
• Prepare operational reports and present directly to the COO
• Work independently with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
