Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Physical Distribution, preferred within an FMCG environment.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse capacity planning, inventory management, and third-party logistics (3PL) performance management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly in inventory and stock movement management.
• Proven experience in KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Experience in SQL, VBA, Power Automate. Can use Power BI.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Experience working with multiple systems.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

Physical Distribution - Warehouse Management

• Tracking daily KPI performance of 3PLs, update to different platforms.
• Planning WH capacity: calculating space, number of staff, working with Customer Service to plan for Order fulfilments.
• Onsite checking outcomes of new projects in WH.

Subcontracting

• Planning for rework at 2 different sites from import containers and from internal bundling plan.
• Tracking actual vs plan, working on solutions if capacity is constraint.
• Tracking billing of copackers.
