JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage all activities of the Sales Coordination Department related to field sales staff and customers nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Sales Coordination Manager in the following duties:
- Manage and coordinate all staff within the Sales Coordination Department.
- Support customers and field sales staff in assigned business areas.
- Prepare and manage contracts and related documents (contract appendices, quotations, agreements, contract liquidation, etc.).
- Monitor sales orders, receivables, discounts, receivable reconciliation statements, and product returns in accordance with Company regulations and Board of Directors’ policies.
- Track and collect due receivables related to bank guarantee letters.
- Handle issues arising from customers and field sales staff in assigned areas.
- Monitor, maintain, and manage customer information; collect customer feedback and requests.
- Implement business policies and sales plans across assigned regions.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of field sales staff in designated areas.
- Monitor sales volume targets of field sales staff and encourage sales activities.
- Consolidate reports and sales volumes for field sales staff incentive calculations.
- Develop monthly and annual production plans for the Production Department.
- Support external warehouses; monitor outbound goods to plan appropriate stock transfers.
- Monitor and control expenses incurred by field sales staff.
- Track competitors’ market share and company policies within the assigned market areas.
- Input and update data in SAP/CRM systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENT
- Qualifications
- Graduated from university with a major in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Sales Admin department, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Leader or Manager position
- Priority given to candidates with experience working in aquaculture feed manufacturing, livestock–poultry feed production, or consumer goods manufacturing companies; good understanding of field sales staff operations
