Adecco's client - a multinational manufacturing client is looking for a Debug Engineer to enter the team in Vietnam. The Debug Engineer is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving product, test, and process issues during development and mass production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Min 3 years of experience in debug, failure analysis, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering
  • Good English communication
  • Strong ability to read and understand schematics, PCB layout, and technical drawings
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment: oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, power supply, etc.
  • Knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and system-level troubleshooting
  • Familiar with root cause analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why, Pareto, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform failure analysis and debug issues at product, board, system, or process level
  • Analyze test data, logs, and failure symptoms to identify root causes
  • Support debug activities for NPI, pilot run, and mass production
  • Work with Design, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Develop debug methods, test procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Support yield improvement and reduction of defect rate, scrap, and rework
  • Document debug results, root cause analysis, and technical reports
  • Support customer issues related to product failure or abnormal behavior (if required)
