Our client - a leading logistics company is hiring for a Country Sales Manager to drive the revenue and profit growth of the Country by developing and executing Country growth strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute country growth strategy, segment plans, and business initiatives in alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Identify new opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team; set goals, review performance, and ensure capability building through training and best-practice sharing.
- Manage sales pipeline, account penetration, and revenue quality; track KPIs and sales reports to ensure profitable, sustainable growth.
- Analyze business performance (revenue, costs, churn, gains/declines) and hold teams accountable to plans and targets.
- Build strong internal partnerships to support retention, acquisition, and major account strategies.
- Maintain relationships with authorities, business associations, and key external stakeholders to represent company interests and ensure compliance.
- Oversee people processes (performance management, development plans, succession, staffing) and ensure ongoing coaching and accountability.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years in sales/business development leadership, ideally in logistics or supply chain; international exposure is a plus.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people-management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of market trends, competition, and large/complex accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute growth-focused sales strategies.
