Our client - a leading logistics company is hiring for a Assistant Sales Manager to drive the revenue and profit growth of the by developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customers, focusing on Vietnamese local companies
  • Sales scope will focus on ocean freight forwarding business
  • Deal, negotiate and secure the contract with customers with ensuring the benefit for the company
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve the requirements of customers
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority.
  • Sales related activities such as submitting quotations, cold calls, cold emails and sending out market intelligence report will be required on daily basis.
  • Assist Section Leader to prepare and develop sales and marketing, customer services policies to drive sales and services, development of the customers.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduated from University
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Freight forwarding, Logistics company as Sales person
  • Experience in Ocean freight is a big advantage
  • Interactive communication skills with stakeholders including customers, carriers and colleagues
  • Open-minded work attitude
  • Customer service mindset
