Our client - a global leader in their industry is looking for Assistant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Leadership

  • Support the General Manager in shaping and executing marketing strategies aligned with Vietnam’s business objectives.
  • Act as a key marketing partner to the GM, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise Junior Marketing Executive, ensuring effective execution of marketing activities.

Product & Category Marketing

  • Plan and execute product and category marketing initiatives across B2B channels.
  • Lead new product launches, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and communication.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product commercialization.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in bakery, foodservice, and industrial baking segments.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing plans and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance and support portfolio optimization.

Brand & Communication

  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, digital activities, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

Budgeting, Reporting & Project Management

  • Support marketing budget planning and cost control.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for the General Manager.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, and priorities effectively.


Requirements & Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B, FMCG, food ingredients, bakery, or industrial sectors.
  • Prior experience in a people-leading or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Experience working in multinational environments is a plus.
