Our client - a global leader in aviation cargo solutions - is hiring for Asian Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across Asia-Pacific.
  • Identify and secure business opportunities with airlines, express carriers, cargo handlers, and OEMs.
  • Promote the company’s range of air-cargo equipment, ULDs, specialty containers, and customized cargo solutions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in aviation cargo and related sectors.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and service quality.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and conduct regular business reviews.

Project & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
  • Manage the regional sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.

Representation & Travel

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences across the region.
  • Frequent travel required to engage clients and partners.


Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • 5 years’ sales or business development experience in aviation, air cargo, aerospace, ULD solutions, or technical capital equipment.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling solutions to airlines, integrators, or cargo operators.
