Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator (Warehouse & Inventory) supports daily fulfillment and inventory operations through strong organization, accurate data management, and cross-team coordination. This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative or operational experience who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accuracy, and supporting a structured workflow.
This position is best suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong computer skills—especially Excel—who is comfortable managing data, learning internal systems, and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations in a growing wellness-focused company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records within internal systems
Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Excel
Support daily operational workflows within the warehouse environment
Coordinate with internal teams to align on order status and inventory needs
Identify and help resolve discrepancies in inventory or order data
Maintain organized digital and physical records to support operations
Learn and work within warehouse processes to support overall efficiency
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Experience working with data entry, tracking systems, or internal software
High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skill
Reliable, professional, and consistent work ethic
Ability to learn operational/warehouse processes as part of the role

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
