Utility Operator - Rotating 2-2-3

Adecco is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and finishing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced production equipment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and operation of production and finishing equipment
Follow job specifications, work orders, and production guidelines
Monitor product quality, production output, and waste to meet customer requirements
Complete quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including performing sanitation duties using proper equipment and cleaning solutions
Adhere to all safety procedures and actively participate in workplace safety programs
Follow all plant rules and guidelines to support a safe work environment
Attend team meetings related to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Train new employees as needed
Work scheduled shifts and overtime as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills & Abilities
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percentages)
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule:
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr + $3.00/hr shift differential for nights ($25/hr nights)
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating schedule
Rotate every 2 weeks (2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights)

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
