Adecco is hiring for a Retail Warehouse Associate in San Marcos, TX (Tanger Outlets).
This role supports both the sales floor and warehouse operations. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule:

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Overtime available after 40 hours (up to 5 hours)
    Type: Temp-to-hire
    Openings: 2


Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and move incoming shipments

  • Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse

  • Prepare and move product to the sales floor

  • Assist customers and support store operations

  • Help with customer pickups and loading merchandise

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Perform basic inventory checks and cycle counts


Qualifications

  • Recent warehouse, retail, or general labor experience

  • Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly

  • Comfortable interacting with customers

  • Reliable and able to work weekends

  • Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
