Adecco is hiring for a Retail Warehouse Associate in San Marcos, TX (Tanger Outlets).
This role supports both the sales floor and warehouse operations. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule:
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Overtime available after 40 hours (up to 5 hours)
Type: Temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities
Unload and move incoming shipments
Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse
Prepare and move product to the sales floor
Assist customers and support store operations
Help with customer pickups and loading merchandise
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform basic inventory checks and cycle counts
Qualifications
Recent warehouse, retail, or general labor experience
Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly
Comfortable interacting with customers
Reliable and able to work weekends
Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
