Surgery Scheduler

Adecco is assisting one of the leading healthcare providers in the Bay Area in recruiting for a Surgery Scheduler in Palo Alto, CA . This is a full-time opportunity (4x10) with the hours being 3pm to 1:30am Tuesday through Friday, training conducted for 4 weeks on day shift 5am to 3:30pm
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule complex surgeries requiring strong knowledge of procedure, department protocols and timing
Answer inbound calls and manages appropriately
Coordination of inpatient availability for inpatient, To Be Admitted and Surgical Pre-Admits
Problem solving to identify, prevent, or resolve inter or intra-departmental problems
Knowledge of EIPC and its functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or equivalent required
Associate's Degree Preferred
Medical Terminology Preferred
Pay range for this opportunity is $28 - $32 based on experience.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
