Sr. Recruiter – Manufacturing
Adecco is assisting our client, Bloom Energy, in seeking a Sr Recruiter for Headquarters in Manufacturing. This is a fully onsite role, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Compensation is $80 to $95 an hour depending on expereince. APPLY NOW if interested.
Overview:
Bloom Energy is seeking a senior-level Manufacturing Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, engineering, automation, production leadership, and maintenance-related roles. This is a hands-on, onsite contract role supporting high-volume and critical manufacturing hiring.

- Manufacturing Engineering & Automation
- Manufacturing Production Leadership
- Production & Maintenance Support
- Manufacturing Managers & Supervisors
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of recruiting experience with strong manufacturing/industrial focus
- Recent manufacturing recruiting experience (within last 3–4 years) required
- Proven success hiring high-volume manufacturing and operations talent
- Workday ATS experience strongly preferred
- BA/BS degree required
Notes:
- Hourly contractor role (weekly timecard required)
- OT and travel require written approval
- Assignment capped at 18 months
Pay Details: $80.00 to $95.00 per hour
