Purpose Statement

Facilitate and process the transition of pricing and contracting data between internal systems. Provide support to the Pricing and Contracting teams by assisting with customer setup, establishing contracting records, and inputting pricing data into business systems in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute timely, high-volume contract data uploads in accordance with approved business strategies

• Perform accurate, high-volume pricing uploads within established guidelines

• Support the successful execution and completion of assigned departmental projects

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in system data entry and maintenance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 0–2 years of relevant experience

• Experience in data entry or data management required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced transactional work

Pay Details: $35.00 to $41.00 per hour
