Shipping Lead and Customer Care Associate

Adecco is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Janesville, WI, to hire a Shipping Lead/Customer Care Associate ensuring that all items to be shipped match customer orders.

Pay Range: $22-26/hr.

Job Summary

The Factory & Sales Support Operations Executive will, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping. This role will also serve as a key contact for post-sales customer support, ensuring issue resolution and fostering long-term relationships. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on operational excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, FDA), conduct inspections, address quality concerns, and implement corrective actions.

• Inventory & Shipping: Manage inventory levels, collaborate with procurement, and supervise shipping to ensure timely deliveries.

• Customer After-Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and gather feedback to improve products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in medical device manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and inventory management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

• Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations.

• Experience in customer service, invoicing, and material dispatch.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
