Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) to become part of our client's plasma team in Boise, ID - 83713 as a Medical Support Specialist. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Shift/Clinic Hours
- Clinic is open Monday-Sunday
- Rotating shifts, 4x10s or 5x8s
- Weekend rotation (x1/month or every 6 weeks)
Center Hours (shifts will vary):
Sunday: 6am-3pm
Monday: 6am-7pm
Tuesday: 6am-8pm
Wednesday: 6am-8pm
Thursday: 6am-8pm
Friday: 6am-7pm
Saturday: 6am-3pm
Qualifications
Required:
- RN license for ID State.
- BLS Certification.
- High School Diploma.
Preferred:
- Plasma knowledge.
- Venipuncture skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Job Duties
- You will assess donor eligibility, which includes managing informed consent, providing AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, conducting medical history interviews and acceptance checks, performing physical examinations, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE) results.
- You will assess donor reactions occurring at the facility as specified in the SOPs. Follow the relevant SOPs for medical emergencies, including the implementation of the Center Physician's standing orders and arranging donor transport to emergency care facilities.
- Team up with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
- Champion vaccination Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
- Master the art of incident management. You will evaluate donor reactions at the facility in accordance with the SOPs. Adhere to the SOPs for medical emergencies, which includes executing the Center Physician's standing orders and organizing donor transport to emergency care facilities.
- Potentially become a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
