We are seeking a talented and innovative RF and Antenna Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge antenna technologies for our Marine and Military product lines. Position Summary:
In this role, you will lead the specification, prototyping, implementation, and testing of antennas and RF circuits. You’ll collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers and play a key role in bringing advanced antenna products to market. You’ll have the chance to deepen your technical knowledge, identify new opportunities, and shape our technology roadmap while working alongside our Product Management team to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Design & Implement: Take ownership of antenna product design throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring performance meets high standards.
Prototype & Test: Conduct laboratory testing and prototyping, iterating designs to enhance functionality and reliability.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with various engineering teams to define requirements and performance goals.
Simulate & Validate: Perform electromagnetic simulations to ensure optimal performance for advanced applications in military environments.
Troubleshoot & Certify: Support EMI and RF troubleshooting efforts, and assist in product certification processes.
Who You Are:
Education: You hold a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in antenna design.
Technical Expertise: You have a strong understanding of antenna architectures across multiple frequency bands and hands-on experience with RF lab equipment.
Innovative Thinker: You’re passionate about research and eager to explore new techniques that will drive future product innovations.
Team Player: You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, thriving in collaborative environments.
Clearance Required: U.S. Citizenship is required, and active TS/SCI clearance is preferred for certain projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in CST Microwave Studio, Ansoft HFSS, and full-wave antenna simulators.
Experience with RF testing equipment such as VNAs and Spectrum Analyzers.
Knowledgeable in circuit simulation tools like Keysight ADS.
Familiar with CAD software for PCB design and prototype creation.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Primarily sedentary work at a workstation, with occasional walking and standing.
Travel may be required (up to 20%).
Work in a typical office environment and RF/Antenna laboratory.
