Registered Nurse (RN) - Residential Group Home
 
Location: Rush, NY - 14543
Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent
Setting: Residential Group Home
Pay: $30-$33.50/hr
Shift: Full-Time; 8am-3pm or 4pm
 
Qualifications:
- NY RN License
- 6 months RN experience
- NY Driver's License
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Passion for working with developmental disabilities patients and/or home health/hospice experience
- BLS
 
Key Duties:
- Engage regularly with residents to assess health status and monitor infections
- Maintain accurate documentation using PrecisionCare software
- Coordinate medical services, administer medications, and ensure OPWDD compliance
- Train and support residential staff, and communicate with healthcare providers
- Handle on-call responsibilities, review incident reports, and assist with medical protocol development
