Job Summary:
Adecco is looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our team, bringing hands-on technical abilities and leadership skills to maintain and repair equipment across our manufacturing and production systems. The ideal candidate has experience with hand and power tools, pneumatic systems, quality control processes, and strong knowledge of safety and environmental procedures. This role requires a self-starter with a technical background who is comfortable working in industrial settings, such as wind turbine maintenance or workstation repair. Shift and Pay:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on various industrial equipment, including pneumatic tools, power tools, and wind turbine systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and mend production machinery to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety and environmental standards in all tasks.
Utilize hand tools, cutters, drills, saws, wrenches, and other equipment for accurate repairs and adjustments.
Conduct audits and quality control checks to ensure optimal equipment functionality and compliance with company standards.
Lead small teams or assist in training staff in safety procedures, situational leadership, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate repair schedules and provide accurate reporting on completed work, equipment status, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to maintain efficient workflow and resolve technical issues.
Use strong communication and technical skills to report issues, track repairs, and ensure all tools and workstations are maintained in peak condition.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in repair and maintenance roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of standard safety protocols and environmental procedures.
Forklift operation experience is preferred; certification is a plus.
Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical documentation.
Experience in leadership training and situational leadership is an asset.
Proficient in basic administrative and reporting tasks related to repair schedules and quality audits.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
