Job Title: Registration Agent / Customer Service Representative (Temp to hire)
Pay: $16 - $18/hr depending on experience
Job Description:
Adecco is helping a local client seeking a Registration Agent / Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary duties will revolve around assisting customers with renewing existing subscriptions and addressing inquiries via phone calls and other communication channels. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering Phones: Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding subscription renewals, inquiries, and assistance.
2. Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
3. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information, subscription details, and interactions into the database system.
4. Filing and Paperwork: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
5. Legal Filing Support: Assist in processing legal documents related to subscription renewals and customer accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
6. Confirmation: Follow up with customers to confirm subscription renewals, payment processing, and other related details.
7. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers regarding any outstanding issues or pending actions to ensure timely resolution.
8. Reliability: Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up to work on time and adhering to scheduled shifts.
9. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold corporate standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication.
- Knowledge of legal filing procedures and documentation is a plus.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is advantageous.

This position is offered through Adecco, assisting a local client in their search for a Registration Agent / Customer Service Representative. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering an opportunity for long-term employment with our client based on performance and fit within the organization.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
