Job Title: Front Desk / Office Assistant
Location: Kirkland
Schedule: 8am-5pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Office Assistant. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Maintain the front desk area and ensure a positive first impression
Stock office supplies, snacks, and beverages during slower periods
Perform general administrative tasks such as making copies, checking mail, and filing
Assist with office errands and day-to-day operations
Support scheduling and administrative needs as required
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or office experience preferred
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Team-oriented with a helpful, service-driven attitude
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with Workday or HRIS systems is a plus, especially for scheduling support

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
