Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Cookeville, TN area to find a full-time Quality Engineer. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support plant quality systems and customer quality requirements

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues 

  • Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions

  • Monitor KPIs, scrap, rework, and warranty data; drive continuous improvement

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues

  • Support APQP, PPAP, and new product launches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Heavy industrial, plastics, automotive, or similar industry preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

  • Experience with problem-solving tools and data analysis

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
