POSITION PARAMETERS:
Location: ONSITE (Beaverton, OR 97005)
Desired Start: 03-FEB-2025, or ASAP
Pay Range: $19.00/HR (weekly pay)
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM, or 2:00PM-10:30PM
Interview? YES–(1) round of onsite interview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring print quality, stock, and coloration meet provided samples. This role involves validating document counts, ensuring post-printed check specifications are aligned, and preparing jobs for the Mail Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain quality standards and company SOPs
Inspect work order materials against job specifications
Comply with company and postal service requirements
Handle job-related materials and maintain document confidentiality
Communicate effectively with personnel
Maintain quantity counts and balance transactions
Stand, walk, bend, and lift as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic understanding of USPS Regulations
Attention to detail and results-driven
Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform manual labor
Proficiency in English for communication and following instructions
Physical Demands:
Manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, sitting, carrying, and walking
Moderate lifting, bending, and moving
Requires close, distant, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Effective communication with clients and employees
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
