Job Title: Program Coordinator
Pay Rate: $49.78–$63.27 Per Hour
Location: Kirkland, WA (Hybrid: Mon-Tues in-office, Wed-Fri remote)
Duration: Through November 7, 2025
Schedule: Normal PST business hours, Monday–Friday

Position Overview
The Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) team is dedicated to delivering the safest, most secure, and resilient technical infrastructure through a comprehensive compliance, safety, and risk management program.
The Central Operations team works closely with CSRM leadership to innovate, set global strategy, and drive business growth. We are seeking a Program Coordinator with strong business acumen, operational aptitude, and exceptional communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute daily maintenance activities for staffing and hiring programs.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and programs.
  3. Manage and communicate project/program progress and milestones effectively.

Qualifications
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project/program coordination or management.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or resource management.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, or relevant database tools.
  • Proven experience managing projects through full lifecycles, including handling competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to take initiative, thrive in ambiguity, and create structured solutions.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for improvement and measuring initiative success.
  • Proficiency in integrating multiple datasets for analysis and data visualization.

Pay Details: $49.78 to $63.27 per hour
