Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: $14 - $17 per hour (Depending on experience)
Job Description: We are looking to build a pool of talented Production Workers for future openings with leading companies in the Grand Rapids area. If you’re reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, packaging, or other production tasks as directed.
Operate machinery and follow safety protocols.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting (preferred).
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Verification of High School Diploma or GED (if available).
Shift Availability:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Pay Details: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour
