Immediate opening for Production Lead for a Direct Hire position with a top manufacturer in Danbury, CT. Pay range $ 24 – $ 32 hr.

 

Responsibilities for the Production Lead:

  • Review production orders and checking inventory for parts needed

  • Scheduling technician for  order production to meet deadline

  • Organizing and tracking tasks to meet production goals

  • Hands-on working side-by-side – mechanical and electrical assembly

  • Facilitating communication between production team and senior leadership

 

Production Lead candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years Production Lead / Supervisor

  • Technical experience – mechanical and electrical assembly - wiring

  • Strong communication skills and exp in leading and motivating employees

  • Ability to prioritize and organize

  • Able to work independently to deadlines

  • Familiarity with MS Word, (Excel a plus), ERP systems

  • Engineering degree a plus but not required

Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
