Adecco is seeking Operators for a large aerospace manufacturing company located in Clearwater, FL.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate, offering weekly pay and long-term potential.
Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift Options:
Training: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Start times between 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs
Essential Functions
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production operations related to electro-mechanical manufacturing
Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery following established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and approved documentation
Follow all assigned tasks and production requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
Other duties as assigned based on operational needs
Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read and understand written, technical work instructions
Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 lbs
May be required to work with hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines
Ability to work overtime as needed
Desired Skills / Experience
Proficiency using a computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions
3–5 years of manufacturing or related industry experience preferred
Prior experience working in a team-oriented production environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
