Responsibilities for a Process Technician II include but are not limited to:

 

• Set up and maintain injection molding machines, including process adjustments and troubleshooting

• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and ensure product quality standards are met

• Identify and resolve molding defects to maintain efficient production

• Work with robotics, EOAT, and hot runner systems to support automated manufacturing

 

Candidates for Process Technician II must meet the following requirements to be considered:

 

• Experience in plastic processing / injection molding (3+ years preferred)

• Ability to perform first article inspections and troubleshoot molding defects

• Hands-on experience with EOAT, take-out robots, and hot runner controls

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Pay: $27.00/hour

• Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
