What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $285K–$335K + potential sign-on bonus
- Balanced schedule: Monday–Friday, two Saturdays per month, admin days every other week
- Collaborative team environment with up to 4 NPs/PAs under your supervision
- Opportunity to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
You’ll Be:
- Conducting patient evaluations, exams, and assessments
- Diagnosing and managing acute & chronic conditions
- Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervising and mentoring NPs/PAs
- Serving as a trusted resource for patients and staff
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active or eligible for California license
- Spanish bilingual preferred
